About the role
As the Events Coordinator, liaise with reputable, blue-chip and corporate clientele. Coordinate 5-star conferences and events for anywhere from 4 to 400 guests. Create the event agenda in partnership with clients. Conduct presentations of the Precinct event spaces, consult on personalised packages and coordinate with the wider team on delivery.
Use your exceptional creative and organisational skills to execute memorable experiences for Corporate clients.
Duties
- First point of contact for highlevel clients
- Manage the coordination of event from initial enquiry
- Prepare quotations, event sheets and coordination of event logistics
- Manage all enquiries from clients in respect of Catering
- Assists with the Catering event diary management
- Coordinator the volunteer rosters
- Sources and identifies business opportunities with external clients and stakeholders for the development of the catering business ???????
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated & proven experience in successful ongoing client relations in an event capacity
- A friendly, approachable professional with the highest of standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with department heads and operations management
- F & B operations experience and a passion for Hospitality
- Proficiency in functions software (EMS reservations system or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal correspondence on behalf of the company
