About the role


Nurturing existing clients with all their delivery needs you will be their first point of contact to assist and problem-solve.

Use your consulting skills to recommend new products, delivery updates and any billing concerns.


Duties:


  • Deal with grievances proactively and professionally
  • Maintain data integrity and update information regularly
  • Meet KPI's set by Team Leader including conversions & Outbound Sales when required

To be successful in the role, you will have the following attributes:

  • Have a warm and personal approach
  • Great phone manner
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Have a handson approach
  • Experience in MS Software
  • Must be Tech Savvy and able to navigate through new systems quickly
