    Digital Marketing Specialist (Health Background Preferred)

    Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead digital marketing efforts, with a particular emphasis on health-related campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a background in health or a related field, coupled with strong digital marketing skills and a creative mindset.

    Responsibilities:

    • Creating and developing compelling email campaigns tailored to our target audience within the health industry.
    • Project managing direct mail campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and maximum impact.
    • Generating monthly campaign reports to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
    • Publishing industry-related articles and curating engaging organic content for our main social media channels, events, and shows.
    • Utilizing basic HTML & CSS skills to enhance digital assets and optimize user experience.
    • Implementing SEO/SEM strategies, including Google Ads, to increase online visibility and drive traffic to various platforms.
    • Managing paid advertisements on platforms such as Meta (formerly Facebook) to reach and engage with our target demographic effectively.
    • Leveraging email marketing techniques to nurture leads, retain customers, and enhance brand loyalty.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Health Sciences, or related field.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the health or wellness sector.
    • Proficiency in email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Working knowledge of HTML & CSS for basic website editing and email template customization.
    • Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices and tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads.
    • Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
