- $70K- $80K Salary (plus super)

38 hours per week

Great opportunity for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join the growing team at The Sydney Boulevard Hotel.

Permanent Full Time role with salary range $70K- $80K (plus super).

Key accountability are:

Responsible for creating new marketing initiatives, corporate branding, design advertisement, sales promotion activities, public relations building, retention campaigns and corporate events (i.e. seminars, press conference, booth, exhibition);
Creating conceptual designs, good branding sense and able to guides. Be experienced enough to recognize big ideas and understand the best ways of executing these ideas;
Overseeing brand compliance ensuring brand standards are adhere to;
Able to create, execute, optimize and maintain all online marketing efforts including the websites or sites, video, presentations) from start to finish;
Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading press releases and communications materials;
Implement and upkeep of Corporate Identity program, resources and systems. Extensive experience and knowledge of production processes including print and multimedia and managing related vendors.
Support the sales and marketing teams in any business activities.
Undertake ad hoc assignments.

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Translations, Communications or Diploma/Degree holder in Graphic Design or related discipline;
Minimum 3 years solid experience in creative design, preferably in financial institutions, production house, advertising agency;
Proven track records of successful projects management and events organization and promotions;
Selfmotivated, creative, innovative strategic business thinker with ability to work under tight deadlines with little supervision;
Proficiency in MS Office and Internet usage;
Highly responsible, independent, presentable and adaptable to change;
Good problem analysis and solving skills;
