people2people Recruitment (Queensland) Pty Limited is currently searching to fill a full time Marketing Specialist position located in the Sydney CBD, NSW.

This role has a salary of $90,000 p.a.

and requires very strong marketing management skills and includes the following
key responsibilities:


  • Identify market opportunities and provide recommendations on what to invest in for the future.
  • Work with management team to understand and define objectives, and subsequently devise marketing strategy, integrated marketing plans and establish and track budgets in conjunction with brand marketing e.g. social media strategy, online strategy, media strategy.
  • Analysing and reporting on marketing campaigns to gauge ROI and feasibility via analytics, dashboard reporting.
  • Devise innovative solutions that will give competitive advantage to p2p in terms of marketing and operations.
  • Manage and overlook all the marketing projects executed by the digital marketing specialist and/or external vendors.
  • Stakeholder management communicating value add of marketing activities and driving strategy forward.
  • Tracking timelines and budget and quality.
  • Coordinate with Inside Sales Team to bring in new leads through marketing activities.
  • Training and supervising the Marketing Team.
  • Managing to outcomes required of the Digital Marketing Specialist and the Digital Project Manager.
  • Initiate and coordinate PR projects.
  • Live by the P2P values of STRIDE.
  • Being a P2P and selfbrand ambassador.
  • Participating and coordinating in marketing events and activities.
  • Maintain positive social media presence through sharing and engaging personal content in your area of specialization and including material produced by people2people.
  • Value the service you provide, compete on quality not price.

Skills and experience required for the position:

  • Bachelor degree in Economics
  • Masters Degree in Digital Business
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, including digital marketing
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage campaign budgets, activities according to each office requirements and tracking ROI.
  • Ability to identify and suggest innovative improvements, projects and digital marketing tools to the management team.
  • Ability to influence management team and communicate with all levels of the organisation in order to drive the marketing strategy forward.
  • Ability to think outside the box and be able to see how you can differentiate from competitors to give people2people market share.
  • Have an agile marketing approach and plan for promoting according to what is bringing the best results.
  • Continuous improvement focussed of process and websites.
  • Be up to date with current technology trends, tools, AI, design technique to keep p2p at the forefront of digital marketing.
