    Compliance Administration Officer - Gold Coast City, Australia - Right at Home

    The Role

    We are seeking a compliance officer who will understand, analyse and deliver on compliance obligations across the organisation. This position is a vital administration role supporting the Human Resource and Office Administration teams, some key responsibilities of the role include:

    • Support HR Recruitment Coordinators with employee compliance in line with fair work legislation, training, company policies, and procedures.
    • Ensure all documentation is accurately and comprehensively completed in Right at Home databases and software programs in accordance with organisation policies and procedures and legislative frameworks.
    • Office administration including fielding calls, printing, filing, scanning, photocopying, uploading documents, client compliance, employee compliance, etc.
    • Support Office Administration with answering the phone and client enquiries.

    About You

    You will have:

    • Knowledge of the aged care industry/community in-home care, experience in NDIS Compliance
    • Previous experience in community scheduling, compliance officer, administrative support, or front receptionist well regarded
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • A high level of organisation and attention to detail
    • Willingness to work as part of a small team and be adaptable in your role
    • Required to provide a National Criminal History Record (Police Check) that is not more than three years old
    • Required to be vaccinated
    • Full working rights and ability to obtain relevant checks

    Location, Work Hours, and Remuneration

    Our office is located at Bundall, Gold Coast, the role may be offered as a part-time or full-time role. Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm. The right candidate will be highly regarded and remunerated accordingly.
