About you
You've been excelling in an office administration role for a professional services firm or similar for 2 plus years.

You're super organised and exceptionally skilled at balancing several projects, prioritising what is needed to get the job done effectively.


You're someone with lots of energy with a keen eye for detail, and you love a busy, dynamic environment As a valued member of our team, you're naturally friendly, outgoing and personable.


About the role
Based at our Southport office, this full-time and highly varied role provides support to key functions of our business as well as our Principals


Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with and assisting multiple business functions with timely and high level administrative tasks
  • Preparation of critical documentation, reporting and presentations
  • Actively participating in and contributing to each department's objectives and support in change management projects

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in a professional environment
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office programs
  • A high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to be flexible, remain calm and focused under pressure
