    Position at Mindshare

    Media Manager - L'Atelier, Australia is seeking an experienced Media Manager to work on a leading luxury group. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of luxury marketing in an exciting luxury market. With significant growth in the Australian luxury market and a blend of Eastern and Western commercial values, this role offers a unique experience.

    Reporting of the role:
    This position reports to the Business Director.

    3 key aspects of the job:

    • You will join a new agency focused on luxury clients, connected to a dynamic regional team for support and development.
    • Working with a diverse portfolio of luxury brands provides an engaging role focusing on leading media campaigns.
    • Being part of a youthful team with a vibrant work culture, offering event and entertainment opportunities with clients and media partners.

    Measures of success:

    In three months:

    • Understood the client's product portfolio and key competitors.
    • Acquired comprehensive knowledge of the Australian luxury media landscape.
    • Started identifying digital media opportunities for the client's marketing plans.
    • Learned and applied GroupM's Behaviours in daily work.

    In six months:

    • Established as a trusted advisor for client media campaigns, translating opportunities into successful campaigns.
    • Stayed updated on category trends and insights in beauty and luxury across the region.

    In 12 months:

    • Become a valued client partner guiding annual plans with new media opportunities.
    • Forecasted annual investments, collaborated with the Investment Director on trading agreements.
    • Identified areas for enhancing client and agency value.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead channel planning, buying, execution, and reporting for media campaigns.
    • Manage team members, delegate tasks effectively in planning and implementation.
    • Provide constructive feedback to team members regularly.
    • Ensure compliance with processes and deliverables, both internally and externally.
    • Utilize data sources for insights and enhance implementation strategies.
    • Deliver accurate and timely reporting as per client requirements.
    • Understand the Australian media landscape and advise clients on emerging trends.
    • Contribute to agency development by promoting products and processes.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in team management and understanding of the Australian media landscape.
    • Passion and understanding of the luxury market.
    • Knowledge across various media channels, especially digital.
    • Background in channel planning and investment preferred.
    • Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
