- Understanding clients' immediate needs, long term objectives and level of comfort with risk
- Conduct meetings/reviews with all clients and develop/adjust the overall investment strategy
- Provide quality and trusted financial advice in areas including Superannuation, investments, retirement, estate planning, aged care and more
- Investigate alternative strategies and recommendations and continue to strengthen the relationship with the clients
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance of client files and advice documentation
- Assist with the management of the team and provide guidance and mentorship to all support staff
- Proven expertise in managing client relationships that involve complex financial structures
- Highly developed compliance understanding around legislative and regulatory requirements
- Solid Xplan experience
- Strong sense of professionalism and highly motivated with a commercial mindset
- An unwavering commitment to quality and a desire to commit to a business for the longer term
- Organisational and prioritisation skills - Decisive in actions with meticulous and rigorous attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities with effective oral and written communication skills
- Team-oriented and with a collaborative attitude

You will be working with this close-knit team with excellent support with the opportunity to build several relationships external to the business.
The Opportunity
The opening here is for an enthusiastic, skilled, and knowledgeable Financial Adviser to join this dedicated advisory team. You will be taking on an existing book of clients and working with the existing adviser to ensure an effective transition. The business is seeking a financial planning professional with excellent client relationship skills, technical knowledge and business acumen.
