    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Services Manager to join these teams and contribute to their continued success.


    About the role:


    As a Client Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Financial Advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of their wealth management services.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work alongside the financial planning team to deliver excellent customer outcomes
    • Schedule reviews & appointments on behalf of your financial adviser
    • Liaise with clients to request and follow up on necessary information
    • Complete Pre-Assessments
    • Updating internal CRM & client records
    • Liaise with counterparties to complete/resolve implementations
    • Document preparation
    • Ad-Hoc administration tasks

    About you:
    -1-2 Years Client Services Officer/Manager experience

    • Highly motivated
    • Strong communication skills
    • Empathetic
    • Organized with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team
    • Experience with financial planning software is highly desirable
