- Developing strategic and accurate Statements of Advice and Records of Advice
- Supporting Senior Advisers in the preparation of advice and in the review of documents, including data collection and data accuracy
- Working closely with Senior Advisers to manage clients and investment portfolios to ensure they are up to date to report accurate information
- Working closely with Senior Advisers to complete regular reporting requirements for clients, keeping them informed of any portfolio movements
- Ensuring all client data is accurately recorded and maintained in all business systems, including personal, financial, lifestyle and service delivery details
- Between 2-4 years experience working in Financial Planning, and at least 1 year working in a similar role (Senior Paraplanner or Associate Adviser)
- Deep knowledge of the financial planning process and legislative requirements
- Experience or desire to work in a small team environment
- Excellent knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office
- Great interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to work in teams or independently
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise work and manage own time

Our client prides themselves on their ability to provide an exceptional personalised service to a book of medium to HNW individuals. Working within a passionate and technically skilled team, our client is offering genuine training and support for the right individual looking to establish a long term career within the business.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Financial Adviser & Wealth Partners, you will provide quality strategic financial plans and manage investment portfolios for a book of clients. Working closely with the wider team, you will contribute ideas for process improvements and actively work to create a respectful and successful team environment.

Currently, you will be working as a Paraplanner, Associate Adviser or experienced Client Services Officer within the Financial Planning industry. You will have demonstrated high values, integrity and have strong ethical behaviours.
