As the Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand awareness and market presence to new heights.

    If you are a strategic thinker with a marketing generalist background who has a strength in delivering integrated campaigns, this is the role for you

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
    • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, and support to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns.
    • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
    • Collaborate with the store network to support all integrated campaigns
    • Manage marketing budgets effectively
    • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
    • Support planning and execution of digital strategies

    To Thrive in this role you will :

    • Supervise and coach less experienced team members to develop skills and meet deliverables
    • Demonstrate proven experience in retail/marketing, content and copy writing, and digital marketing
    • Utilise exceptional communication skills to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
    • Exhibit strong time management skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment
    • Apply a commercial mindset to B2B opportunities
    • Possess appropriate qualifications and exposure to retail POS, ATL, digital and social channels, CRM systems, Google Analytics, Ads and SEO, Microsoft Office suite, Mail Chimp, and Paid Ads

    This role is a five day a week office based role.
