    Description

    THE CLIENT:

    This client boasts a wealth of experience and expertise, encompassing every facet of the residential build process, from meticulous planning to flawless execution. They are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Administrator / Project Manager to join their team in Melbourne. They are hoping for a candidate looking for further growth as the opportunities are plentiful.

    THE ROLE:

    The role is responsible for managing the client relationship and project delivery from Sales Acceptance through to completion of 90-day maintenance with direct responsibility for time, cost, quality, and excellent client service.

    SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

    • Tertiary qualification is preferred
    • Minimum 4 years of experience within residential construction industry, preferably with custom homes but would consider candidates from the volume and medium-density background
    • Experience with Onsite Companion software
    • Proven track record of exceptional client service outcomes
    • The second-to-none organisation, time management, and administration skills
    • Eye for detail
    • Business savvy - you comprehend the intricacies of development, possess insights into competitors, and grasp the nuances of the local market, all essential for ensuring your ongoing sucess
