Due to continued growth and expansion locally and internationally, our client is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their highly successful business that services the mining and industrial sectors.

Focused on a success oriented approach to business, this company has strong working relationships with their clients and their world-leading products ensure their ongoing growth and success.

This pivotal role of Marketing Manager will require a highly skilled professional that can drive and manage the marketing team and functions across all aspects of the business resulting in measurable outcomes and lead generation.

Duties will include:

Leading and coordinating the marketing team and ensuring people, tools, and processes are effectively utilised, focusing on continuous improvement to meet company targets.
Checking, reviewing, and authorising of content and campaigns and elevating authorisation and communication as required to various department heads.
Responsible for ensuring the marketing team meetings are regular and effective with clear direction and objectives.
Manage the reporting and improvement tasks of Digital platforms including effective liaison with the Digital contractors to ensure accurate reporting and completed projects.
Support the Managing Director and Department Heads in creating, managing, and delivering the marketing & communications plans including budget, calendar, and measurable outcomes.
Oversee the planning & internal management of trade expos.
Manage the request, scoping, creation, and approval process of effective marketing collateral, including internal & promotional material.
Oversee the CRM system of contacts for accurate categorisation, analysis, and reporting.
Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure the Marketing Team are providing high level support and outcomes.
Oversee the customer 'touchpoints' particularly relating to feedback, surveys and customer experience
Maintain accurate style guides and marketing material for future use and reference.

Your sound sales, business and commercial acumen combined with your strong visual and analytical abilities would have seen you achieve impressive results in your career to date.
