    Data Business Analyst (Contract - 3 months with potential for extension)

    We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Data Business Analyst with a strong background in data mapping, modelling, and extraction using SQL. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our client's data-driven decision-making processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and engaging stakeholders to deliver insights that drive business success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
    • Perform data mapping and analysis to identify relevant data sources.
    • Develop and maintain data models to support business needs.
    • Utilize SQL as the primary tool for data extraction and transformation.
    • Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency.
    • Create clear and comprehensive documentation of data processes and models.
    • Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize data-related requirements.
    • Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner.
    • Proactively identify data issues and recommend solutions.
    • Support data governance and compliance initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Data Science).
    • Proven experience as a Data Business Analyst or similar role.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
    • Extensive knowledge of data modelling techniques and tools.
    • Experience with data mapping and data integration.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
    • Healthcare industry experience (preferred but not required).
    • Position Type: Contract (3 months) with the potential for extension.
