    Description

    We are looking for a talented business analyst, who is naturally inquisitive, obsesses over details, and loves solving complex business problems. This insights-driven role will deliver reporting for workforce planning and the wider retail functions to inform decisions and strengthen our resource management capability. The WFP business analyst will be responsible for the data and reporting of all aspects of workforce planning, which include store targets, shift compliance, budget management and rostering effectiveness. This individual enjoys working with large datasets using SQL, Tableau and Excel, and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Deliver comprehensive monthly/weekly/daily reporting on workforce management metrics such as productivity, cost, compliance, and roster effectiveness
    • Conduct deep-dive analyses on store rostering practices to identify areas of opportunity or improvement
    • Produce financial status updates to inform budget management and other key decisions
    • Support the WFM Project in building new key performance indicators for productivity and efficiency
    • Support the roster reset initiative to provide a data-driven schedule baseline for all stores and drive a layering approach to BAU rostering
    • Play an important role in establishing the resourcing requirements for new store openings and store flips
    • Maintaining the balanced scorecard dashboard on Tableau
    • Drive data integrity to ensure managers are rostering accurately
    • Monitoring the workforce planning Jira & inbox, triage data-related queries, and respond or escalate appropriately
    • Supporting with ad hoc reporting requests from internal stakeholders through requirements gathering, data scoping, and proposing solutions
