    What your role will look like

    Joining our senior leadership team, you will beresponsible for leading Client Services in the delivery of an exceptional client experience.

    You will contribute to the development of strategic plans and establish annual Client Services business plans that support our growth and strategic direction.

    You will actively promoting a client centered culture of support in a complex clinical environment, delivering optimal services with a focus on efficiency and best practice standards.

    You prioritise key business partners and seek to optimize relationships, positioning Healthscope Independence Services competitively.

    Your knowledge around client centred practice will motivate and empower others to give their best and to actively contribute to a high performing team.

    You'll need atertiary qualification in Business Management or equivalent experience in organizational development including workforce planning, change management and leadership development.

    Also, demonstrated experience in a disability sector work environment and highly developed project management skills.

    Ideally, you would also bringdemonstrated relevant experience in senior or executive leadership roles in the disability sector and the ability to work with a wide range of people in a team environment.

    Also, a Bachelor degree in Nursing or in Allied Health.
