Client Service Officer, you will play a vital in building and maintaining client relationships in your portfolio. You'll handle policy renewals, assist the Brokers Assistant as needed, and join client visits with the Client Service Manager.

Main responsibilities include:


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their businesses and addressing their needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Conduct regular client account reviews to assess insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and accurate policy setup.
  • Prepare and present accurate annual renewal quotes to clients, ensuring transparency and clarity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Brokers Assistant to provide necessary support.
  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and provide regular reports on portfolio performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance and recommendations to clients.
  • Previous experience in a client service or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively address client needs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and thrives in a fastpaced environment.
  • Selfdriven with a proactive mindset.
