As we recruit for a Client Service Officer, we're excited to welcome a new team member with customer service and administrative experience.

About the Role

An integral part of our Bendigo branch and national brand, the Client Service Officer is responsible for the delivery of administrative support to our Relationship Managers.

Offering plenty of variety and satisfaction, this role supports general enquiries, policy renewals and new business and can expect any day to include:

Respond to enquiries/requests from the brokers
Providing superior service and delivering a positive experience for all Insurance House clients and partners

This is a fast paced and highly engaged role where you will work your magic by delivering a positive experience for all Insurance House clients/stakeholders.

About You
You're an administrative whiz with an interest or previous experience in insurance.

You work well in a team in pursuit of common goals and are driven to be part of a high performing environment.

You're known for your effective communication skills and the ability to confidently manage high volumes of work.

You're highly organised with the ability to prioritise with ease. You're results driven, comfortable using multiple systems have strong emotional intelligence. Your resilience, rapport building skills, and adaptability will have you not just succeeding in this role but loving it too
