    About the service
    The service is centrally located, close to public transport and provides a parking spot for the leader. With less than 75 children when at full capacity, this role is manageable and comes with less stress than some of the bigger centres in the area.

    This is a great opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to really make this service your own.

    The non-negotiables

    • Diploma in Child Services (or higher)
    • Minimum of 2 years continuous experience in a senior leadership role in a long daycare setting (not negotiable)
    • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
    • Inherently responsible and dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for children and staff
    • Willingness to continue professional development and contribute to ongoing learning
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
