About the role
You will oversee the daily operations, including but not limited to:

  • Guiding and mentoring a small-medium team of Educators
  • Supporting and upholding the Centres policies, procedures, philosophy and regulations,
  • Attend to administration tasks
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with families
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the wider local community
  • Ensure the highest quality of education and care is transferred throughout.

The non-negotiables

  • Diploma in Child Services (or higher)
  • Minimum of 12 years continuous experience as a Centre Manager
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP
  • Outstanding level of Verbal and Written Communication
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
