The purpose of this role is to provide quality, effective and timely technical and service support to our operational staff members.

The Performance Coach will work closely with the RTW Services leadership group to ensure staff have guidance and feel supported and capable in their roles.

This will be a
permanent position commencing
immediately based in the
Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coach and work 1:1 with new and existing team members
  • Identify skills gap and support capability development of team members
  • Provide advice and support on claims process and strategy
  • Work with leaders to measure effectiveness of support and monitor the ongoing capability of team members
  • Act as SME on L&D initiatives as required

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience managing a case load of claims
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience with, or a desire to, coach and develop others
  • Minimum intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • The willingness to help and support wherever required
