THE OPPORTUNITY


We currently have a
full time
6-Month MTC opportunity based in our
Melbourne CBD or Sydney CBD office to join our highly motivated and engaged team.


YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Proactively seek opportunities to optimise valueadd through processes, technology, ways of working, service offerings etc.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through operational and strategic projects/initiatives
  • Utilising data / market insights to support and influence hiring decisions and broader talent acquisition discussions

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience working within a highvolume recruitment portfolio
  • Demonstrated experience utilising proactive attraction tools/methods (i.e., LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, talent pools) to proactively engage with industry talent
  • Being proactive is your second nature and will help you fit into our high performing team that recognises success and true talent advisory
  • You thrive in a busy environment; it is something that drives you and offers you the opportunity and stretch to utilise your broad direct proactive attraction approach
  • Ability to interpret data, utilise data/market insights
  • You enjoy a valuesdriven environment and have a key interest to drive employee engagement within the business
