The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for assisting the CEO with day to day duties, ensure operations and strategies are met for business requirements.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible in 4 aspects of the company: strategic control systems, management processes, issue and crisis management
Responsible for working on complex assignments, requiring agile solving ability and good integrity
With your personable, reliable and professional demeanor, you will liaise between the CEO, external stakeholders and internal stakeholders.
You will anticipate the CEO's requirements and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the CEO in addressing issues.
Prepare and update materials for business reviews and related activities, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks and dependencies.You will manage and keep the CEO abreast of content in reports, documentation and reports
Research related to industry, organizations, geographies, business model as the requirement arises
Analyze and synthesize information in various forms about projects to develop reports and presentations to assist the CEO in decision making.
Identify and drive strategic projects around potential Revenue Drivers & Cost OptimizationsIndependent and trustable to execute a range of routine and complex administrative duties to support the CEO
Be proactive to ensure all strategic projects are followed up and completed on give time, with high quality delivery.
Choreograph any complex projects and ensure that all facets of discussions are smoothly executed.
Requirement
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience with a proven track record in a similar position dealing in such environment
Degree and above qualification are highly preferred
Financial or Eneergy industry will be highly favorable
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Demonstrates high levels of intelligence, a positive attitude, and patience.
Logical and analytical in approach with a problem-solving attitude.
Resilient in withstanding pressure and delivering efficiently.
The candidate must be proactive, independent, adaptable, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
You are not restricted to what has been assigned only but always looking to add value for process improvement and standardization.
Ability to work well under pressure with a high level of motivation and tenacity.Ability to cope with the fluid nature of the role.
Proactive in seeking guidance and willing to contribute wherever and whenever asked.
Proficient in Chinese and English is highly preferred due to business nature in managing external and internal parties.
