Our client is a Brisbane based, privately owned organisation that provide first class care services that are person centred, compassionate and enable their clients to remain well cared for in their own home.

Due to continued demand for their services, the organisation has seen rapid growth and expansion of the operations.

Our client is seeking to hire an experienced EA to support their CEO to lead the company on to the next stages of their growth This role represents more than just a job - it requires true passion, commitment for excellence, ability to motivate others around you, and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional outcomes


About the Role
No two days will be the same, however some of the following "day in the life" tasks may include, but will not be limited to:

  • Delivering exceptional levels of professional support to the CEO;
  • Extensive diary management including scheduling appointments, Board and management meetings and other events as required;
  • Drafting, researching, reviewing and compiling reports and general correspondence;
  • Attending meetings with the CEO, drafting agendas and following up agenda items and ensuring completion;
  • Overseeing internal administrative and office support teams;
  • Arranging all travel, accommodation, car hire and associated tasks;
  • Professionally liaising with the Board, ELT, Stakeholder Groups and ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times; and
  • Providing other ad hoc day to day and project support to the Executive Team and Board as requested.

About you

  • Extensive high level EA experience (Minimum years prior experience).
  • A motivated selfstarter that can operate independently with demonstrated experience supporting Executives in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment.
  • Expertise in prioritising, multitasking, meeting tight deadlines, adapting to lastminute changes and remaining calm under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate effectively always and deliver a positive 'no'.
  • Someone who is both humble and has a sense of humour.
  • High levels of trust, discretion, integrity, and judgement.
  • Outstanding planning and organisational skills
  • Outcomes orientated and results driven.
  • Great communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to be clear, concise, and succinct.
  • A great problem solver.
