The team is focused on performing all tasks to the highest standard and providing excellent communication and service for clients, their staff, and their advisors.
About the role
This role will see you working closely with the CEO.
It's a fast paced, driven and collaborative environment, working in the finance division, where the colleagues are engaged, aware, friendly and value encouraging ideas.
The role will cover a wide range of tasks including keeping members/clients abreast of their obligations, processing operational transactions, payroll, human resources, lodgements, office procedures and education and training.
Furthermore your role will include:
- Business operations reporting and advisory
- Lead in managing the financial and reporting requirements of the service
- Lead the development of client onboarding
- Ensure all internal and external processes are executed efficiently, accurately and timely
- Proactively work with the CEO to promote the service
