    Team Support - Ecommerce

    What you'll do

    With your expert knowledge and partnership skills, support teams and senior leadership across the eCom HomeRun team. Play key roles in event planning, team feedback (through PIR), internal and external communications, wellbeing, engagement & onboarding processes, and team and driver engagement.

    • Organisation of Customer & Team Week (script writing, organisation of filming, creation of toolboxes, video editing, reporting) & HomeRun planning and other internal events (coordination of calendar requests and room/venue bookings, preparation of relevant information)
    • Develop and implement team events fostering care, culture and sustainability
    • Maintain internal and external relationships with TAS and Linfox CSAs while building better experiences through yearly events and communications
    • Work with the various leaders and business units to build, prioritise and execute strategies to drive employee/CSA engagement initiatives
    • Ensure message consistency across channels for key deliverables, strategy, BAU and focus areas including managing the HomeRun communications channels and Slack
    • Support development, planning and implementation of the HomeRun branding and communication strategy

    What you'll bring

    You're passionate about team culture, branding & driving the future of comms for the HomeRun space, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with role variety. You will have:

    • Experience in event organisation across multiple stakeholders
    • Facilitation and information pack assembly
    • Suitable experience with Google Suite and Canva (or similar tools)
    • Strong expertise in maintaining communications with various levels of stakeholders (from drivers to senior management) and external 3PLs
    • Ability to bring in and cultivate cultural and connection events for HomeRun team including wellbeing and engagement plans & onboarding support
    • Experience in branding & communication initiatives through multiple channels, from idea creation to implementation
