  • Office located in Strathfield where one day induction will be held if located in Sydney

About the client:


The Australasian Sleep Association (ASA) is the peak scientific body in Australia and New Zealand representing clinicians, scientists and researchers working in sleep health and sleep medicine.


About the role:

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive, virtual team of 4.

This role will suit an autonomous professional that can drive their own agenda, supporting the CEO and team.

The organisation is going through a growth phase, there may be further changes in responsibilities over time, with opportunities for growth and development.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Administration duties including updating content on the website
  • Executive support: scheduling meetings and taking minutes, arranging travel, coordinating Board documents and, formatting policy and advocacy documents
  • Maintain and update member records and member renewals in the CRM database system IMIS

To be successful you will have:

  • At least four years' relevant administrative support experience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing members
  • Ability to work independently as a member of a small team
  • Demonstrated experience using CRM systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills, including notetaking from meetings
  • Additional experience in IT troubleshooting, website updates and general finance admin (processing invoices etc) would be beneficial but not essential.
