The role
Join our rapidly growing business as a National Support Team Leader. This newly created role is a result of a restructure within our administrative services.

We are looking for a dependable and highly organised individual to lead and train our national team of operations assistants.


Reporting directly into the Head of Support Services, you will play a pivotal role in setting up KPIs, SLAs, and writing processes and procedures.

Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing our team's capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, coach and train 10 to 15 team members
  • Manage relationships with senior internal stakeholders
  • Create and document processes and procedures
  • Allocate work to team members
  • Ensure the team meets defined KPIs and SLAs
  • Act as an escalation point for complex requests
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes
  • Assist in team member recruitment
  • Provide administrative support during busy periods
  • Support the Head of Support Services with adhoc requests

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Team Leader in Support Services or Operations, preferably within a legal or professional services environment, but not essential
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Selfmotivated and driven, with a commitment to excellence
  • Proficient problemsolving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative team player
  • Australian Citizen or permanent resident
