- Participate in the design, coordination, installation and commissioning of building services on the project.
- Work closely with the Design and Services Manager ensuring documentation meets the required specification cost budgets and programme for construction works.
- Review all documentation for adequacy of design input.
- Progressively monitor the production of workshop drawings and as built documents.
- Monitor progress and quality of the works on site.
- Participate in the final handover of the building; in particular manage the commissioning and submission of final documentation, as built documents, authority approvals, warranties, training and guarantees
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated industry experience and exposure to large building projects.
- Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the external and internal business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results within a project team.

Job Description
With a strong legacy of successful hospital projects across Queensland, BESIX Watpac are proud to be delivering the Townsville University Hospital Expansion project. We seek a Services Engineer / Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis.
