    A company in the insurance industry is dedicated to utilizing data insights to make strategic decisions and improve customer experiences. Their Corporate Platform plays a crucial role in managing customer data and banking insights for various functions across the organization. They are currently looking for an experienced Data Solutions Architect to join their team and lead the development of strong data solutions within the corporate setting.

    The Role

    As the Data Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that support business objectives and enable efficient data management. You will collaborate with stakeholders, including challenging individuals, to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data strategies. Your focus will be on data engineering, building and maintaining pipelines, ensuring data quality, and promoting best practices. Additionally, you will work with other architects to establish data architecture principles.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement data solutions within the corporate platform, emphasizing customer data and banking insights.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders from risk, legal, finance, and product teams to understand data requirements.
    • Develop data strategies aligned with business goals, supporting long-term growth.
    • Lead data pipeline development, ensuring quality and integrity.
    • Utilize technologies like Databricks, Oracle Fusion for scalable data solutions.
    • Work with various teams to ensure successful data solution implementation.
    • Engage with stakeholders to prioritize data initiatives.
    • Promote data architecture principles and standards.

    What You'll Bring

    • Experience in data engineering and architecture in a corporate environment, preferably in financial services.
    • Background in managing customer data and banking insights, Oracle HCM experience is a plus.
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Proficiency in data strategies focusing on scalability and efficiency.
    • Skills in Databricks, Oracle Fusion, and corporate data technologies.
    • Experience collaborating with different teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities in complex data environments.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
