    Job Description

    What's the role?

    A typical week for our Admin Assistant will include:

    • Attending to emails and preparing documentation as instructed
    • Assisting with Queensland Revenue Office payments
    • Assist with Trust Account receipting and reconciliation
    • Assisting with Electronic Funds Transfers and Bank Cheque requests
    • Answering and placing client calls
    • Maintaining records for documentation held
    • Office administration ad-hoc duties as required

    Your experience and skills

    What will set you apart is your proven ability to think outside the box and really anticipate the needs of the role and the team.

    Our ideal candidate will:

    • You have at least 2 years of office or administrative support experience
    • Have an understanding of MS Office applications, with a high level of attention to detail, good word processing and report writing skills
    • Experience dealing with trust accounts is highly desirable
    • Be well presented, with a professional telephone manner and outgoing personality
    • Ability to think outside the square and show initiative
    • Current Full Drivers Licence
    • Exemplary communication and customer service skills
