• Providing prompt and professional assistance to tenants and landlords, always maintaining regular contact
• Organising repairs and maintenance
• Ensure that Renter's rental arrears are kept to a minimum
• Conduct periodic inspections of managed properties and prepare Condition reports via reports and photos

This is a full-time position flexible working from our office and various locations convenient with the tasks for the day.

You will be working closely with and reporting directly to the Director.


What you'll need:

• Agents Representative Certificate
• Current Victorian Drivers Licence and own vehicle
• Admin/Marketing background preferred but not essential
• Highly organised and selfmotivated, with a really strong client focus
• Ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage your time effectively
• An overwhelming desire to succeed within the Entrepreneurial space

Salary:
$52, $107,801.31 per year


Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
