    Position: IT Support Specialist

    Location: Perth

    Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 + Super + Perks

    Type: Permanent, fulltime

    Position Overview:

    This IT service provider is committed to delivering top-notch support and security solutions to their clients. We are looking for an IT Support Specialist passionate about Microsoft 365, compliance, Intune, Endpoint Defender, and security frameworks The role is a mixture of BAU and project support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understanding and hands-on experience supporting cloud-based technologies (Azure and M365).
    • Microsoft 365 Support: Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications and services.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams, and other related services.
    • Compliance: collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Intune (Device Management): device enrolment, configuration, and compliance.
    • To Handle software deployment, updates, and using Intune.
    • Endpoint Defender Operations: to identify and implement security controls.
    • Monitor and respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions.
    • Provide a mixture of onsite and remote support.

    Desirable:

    • Azure Certifications.
    • M365 Certifications.
    • Knowledge and exposure to Cyber Frameworks (EG Essential 8 / ISO standards).
    • Experience using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for security operations.
