About The Opportunity


As the Desktop Support Specialist, based at our CBD office in Perth, you will play a vital role providing level 1 support to customers across our Micromine products.

Being at the forefront of client interactions, your work will solidify customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction with Micromine's products and services.

Reporting directly to the Technical Support Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support and escalate complex issues to level 2 and other team members as required.
  • Ensuring enhancement requests, bugs, and development issues are raised and resolved.
  • Be the primary contact for queries and issues related to the Micromine Licensing system.
  • Providing input during the product development cycle.

About You


You will have an interest in computer software as well as proven experience within help desk, technical support, or customer support.


Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Experience in a help desk or desktop support role within an IT environment.
  • Extremely good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive approach to customer care and relationship building.
  • A tertiary qualification in IT is a bonus.
