Due to organic growth of the business in the regions surrounding Bunbury and Busselton we need an additional headcount to support ongoing business growth.

We can accomodate a casual employee at this point (with varied hours depending upon your individual needs) and we aim to convert this role to a full time position as business continues to grow within the next 6 months.

Consider this role a casual role with a view to permanency. We are open on the number of hours worked per week to suit the schedule of the successful applicant._

About You

Degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Paramedicine, Bioengineering/Engineer
Physiotherapist or a related discipline
Previous operating theatre experience is highly regarded but not necessary
Ability to absorb, comprehend and present technical information on assigned products
Outstanding communication, organisational & time management skills
You will ideally come from one of the following career backgrounds: Physiotherapist, Ortho Scrub/Scout Nurse, Radiology, Biomedical Engineering or similar technical fields, other competitor clinical or sales reps looking to move into advanced robotics.

About the Responsibilities:

This role will give you the opportunity to get up close and personal with the latest in medical technology — ROSA, our surgical robot.

In this challenging role, you will be supporting surgeons in theatre as they perform delicate robotic-assisted surgical procedures.

As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical support, whilst helping to drive utilisation of Zimmer Biomet's range of products alongside our integrated digital platforms including mymobility and OrthoIntel.

Your day to day responsibilities include:

Providing intheatre support, assisting surgeons perform lifechanging orthopaedic surgeries
Managing the surgical equipment requirements for each case
Keeping up to date with new surgical techniques, and delivering training on new iterations of Zimmer Biomet technologies
Collaborating with multiple stakeholders both internal and external, whilst actively seeking out new business opportunities to refer on to the sales team
Working with the ROSA advanced robotic automated surgical robot.
