The Contractor Management division has been designed to improve how our operations work with this critical element of our labour team, ensuring they are ready to work on site and go home safely at the end of every shift.


We are looking for
Specialist Contractor Management Support to work with our suppliers and site personnel to ensure they are effectively using the 5 steps of contractor management processes, information systems and tools to support the safe operation of our suppliers on site.

You will be involved in solving problems through to resolution, ensuring compliance, onboarding suppliers to CES, coaching/training, supporting the P2P cycle etc with a view to ensuring the suppliers' experience working with RTIO is as smooth as possible.

This is an opportunity to work with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Reporting to the
Superintendent Contractor Management Support, you will:


  • Provide an end to end break/fix issue resolution service to queries from suppliers and RTIO personnel
  • Train suppliers and site personnel to effectively use the RTIO CM Systems
  • Provide assurance between MSERV and RTP for VVS creation and updates
  • Prepare and onboard new suppliers to Track and support them to become efficient users of the Track platform, including leading training and information sessions with suppliers
  • Monitor and continually improve the support processes

What you'll bring
We are looking to build a team with a variety of complimentary skillsets.

To be successful you will need to bring 1 or more of the following:


  • Understanding of the RT 5 steps of CM, preferably with experience in actively using them
  • 23 years in a support or end user service type role
  • Background in one or more of the following an advantage: supplier onboarding/compliance, acting as a site based company representative, the purchase to pay cycle, site administration or planning related to shuts and management of our category 3 labour force
  • Knowledge of one or more of the CES platforms, namely Track, Avetta or Proof of Presence
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills
