    The Requirements:
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in the implementation and management of cloud-based SaaS solutions including Microsoft Office 365, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Services.
  • Detailed understanding of Data Loss Prevention, Archiving, eDiscovery, and Compliance aspects at Enterprise.
  • Assist and contribute in developing and optimising backup strategy;
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with the Microsoft and Unix Infrastructure stack in hybrid cloud environments.
  • Proven knowledge and demonstrated experience in automating tasks with code automation.
  • Capability to develop and maintain sound working relationships with end users, key stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, proven capability to work within tight deadlines and execute with limited information and ambiguity.
  • Contribute towards knowledge transfer of skills and mentor staff as appropriate.

  • Contribute to the design, development, enhancement, support and maintenance of Cloud hosted platforms covering AWS, Azure, VMC and GCP
  • Provide technical advice as required to other teams within the Information Technology (IT) Division and Managed Services Provider(s) by coordinating with vendors
  • Provide technical coaching on Cloud hosting solutions to other IT Division staff as appropriate
