CASE MANAGER - PERSONAL INJURY I LAUNCESTON, TAS (10 month maternity leave contract)

You will be responsible for

Maintain a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants
Reviewing new claims from inception to liability determination
Compliance focus
Make key liability decisions
Information gathering and investigations
Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes
Assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements.
Assess and manage injury needs of claimants, handling correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation and interpret medical reports.
