- Coordinate Concierge services to ensure all tasks & requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist the Workplace Manager in reviewing and implementing new procedures
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and seek feedback on services to continually improve services
- Manage daily reservations and room allocations
- Meet & greet clients and guests and provide a 5* hospitality service
- Assist with the provision of all AV equipment and set up for meetings and events
- Maintain a clean and tidy workplace and ensure all meeting rooms are set per standards
- Experience in hospitality or corporate concierge environment
- Experience delivering 5* customer service
- Demonstrated high level of written and spoken communication
- An experience of Audio Visual equipment is desireable

The Concierge provides Front of House and Corporate Hospitality support, which includes meeting and greeting external clients and internal customers ,responding to internal and external telephone calls and escort and orientation of arriving clients, handling reservations data entry, contacting bookers and event organisers, responding to enquiries and managing allocation of meeting and function rooms, equipment, catering and AV. These accountabilities support and maintain the delivery of essential services required by internal customers and external clients within KPMG on a daily basis.
