Front Office Team Members.

This is a highly rewarding and exciting role for all Guest Service Agents, Concierge and Front Office Team Members, offering great career potential and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of industry professionals and amazing well-established global brands.

About Us

The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct.

About the role

Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to exceed guest expectations.
Maintaining strict security procedures surrounding guest confidentiality & privacy.
Liaising with internal departments in a proactive manner to ensure group and guest requirements for specific bookings are met.
Provide quality service to guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during checkin, checkout and throughout their stay.
Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.

About You

Excellence in customer service & phone etiquette
A cando attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Knowledge in Opera and Third-Party Agents is preferred.
Ability to work under high pressure, and a fastpaced environment.
Excellent grooming and presentation.
The ability & flexibility to work across a 7day working environment, including weekends and public holidays.
Guest Service Agent experience is not necessary, new to the industry are welcome to apply.
