Reporting to the Director of Rooms, we are currently recruiting for a
Full Time Concierge Supervisor to join our Front Office Team.

Summary

As an overseer of the porter team, the Concierge Supervisor focuses on providing heightened and memorable experiences for our guests while working to ensure 100% guest satisfaction throughout all aspects of the guests stay.

In this position, you will work to effectively streamline the inner workings of the porterage team through a fast paced, rewarding environment.

This varied and dynamic role provides a chance to further develop your professional concierge career within an international company.

As Concierge Supervisor, you will:

Work to develop and lead the concierge team to provide an exceptional guest service experience
Lead by example and develop a structured onboarding and training experience for porter team members
Ensure all guest queries, requests and needs are resolved in a timely and proficient manner
Provide operational support and supervision on shift with the ability to handle all guest queries and complaints effectively
Proactively maintaining uptodate knowledge on all cultural events within the Hotel, Brisbane City and surroundings
Previous hotel experience as a Porter / Concierge or Concierge Supervisor
Hold a
current open drivers' license _(manual highly regarded)_
Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and colleagues
High level of grooming and personal presentation
High level of both written and verbal communication
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
