THE GIG


As the first point of contact, you will have a passion for delivering a Whatever/Whenever service culture throughout W Brisbane.

You will be familiar with all things Brisbane and give our guests backstage access to local knowledge.

You will be highly experienced with all operational aspects of a Concierge department.

This includes responding to guest requests promptly and enthusiastically, leading a dynamic team, and effectively coordinate staff issues such as rostering, wage analysis, training and recruitment.

Your main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Meet and greet, provide exceptional customer service to all Hotel guests and visitors
  • Manage the daily operations of the concierge department, this includes the supervision of the bell desk, driveway and car park
  • Train, motivate and update the local knowledge of our concierge team
  • Have exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Have outstanding knowledge of what's on in Brisbane
  • Have a full working knowledge of all transport and movements in Brisbane
  • Immaculate presentation at all times
  • Be a member of the Golden Keys Society / Les Clefs d'Or Australia would be highly regarded
  • Qld Manual driver's license


Must demonstrate a proven track record of experience within the Concierge profession, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a high attention to detail.
