    We are recruiting on behalf of a Federal Government Department that is a vital member of Australia's national security community. This Department works across the full spectrum of operations required of contemporary signals intelligence and security agencies.

    This Department is seeking an experience ICT System Administrator to join their team for a long term opportunity within a secure working environment.

    SFIA Skills required for this role are as follows;

    • HSIN 3
    • ITOP 3
    • ASUP 3
    • USUP 3

    Major Responsibilities

    • Provide ICT system administration for ICT systems, specifically focusing on enterprise identity and access management systems
    • Provide second and third level support to resolve break-fix and service request tickets, in consultation with stakeholders and line management.
    • Provide Identity and access management consultation and technical assistance for ICT projects and support within the team .

    Key Experience required

    • Knowledge of MS Active Directory and programing concepts considered advantageous
    • Knowledge and experience of Multifactor Authentication concepts, implementation and delivery considered advantageous 2.
    • Knowledge of LDAP and programing concepts considered advantageous
    • Understanding of software development, methodologies, through to deployment considered advantageous
