Requirements:

360 degree recruitment from inception to close
Interviewing Candidates face to face and via skype
Client Meetings - Usually Teleconference/Skype
A strong natural networker - Tools such as Linkedin - General Boolean Search - can think outside the square
Looking for someone who can hol their own when it comes to talking to C-level
