About the role:
The Transfer and Promotion Unit convene Victoria Police member selection panels from the rank of Constable/Senior Constable through to Commander, servicing all regions, departments and commands.

Your duties will include:
- Manage and coordinate the internal endtoend transfer and recruiting function to a high standard.
- Prepare a range of reports and written material.
- Organise and deliver information sessions, briefings and training.
- Ensure databases and records are maintained.
- Maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- Tertiary human resource management qualifications will be well regarded.
- Experience in conducting endtoend recruitment and selection.
- Highly developed communication, consultative and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively, independently, and effectively in partnerships and with strict deadlines.
Requirements and relevant information:
- One (1) x fulltime, ongoing position available.
- One (1) x fulltime, fixed term position available until 30/12/202
- One (1) x fulltime, fixed term position available until 20/08/202
- These positions are located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
