The Hassett Group is a boutique Executive search & recruitment firm based in the heart of Melbourne. Our office is energetic, social and we work as a team - and we are looking for a like-minded individual to add to the mix

We have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our upbeat and collaborative team.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partnering with clients to help them find the best talent for their organisation;
  • Nurturing existing relationships and build our ongoing business;
  • Undertaking detailed research of new clients and upload relevant details to JobAdder;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

OUR IDEAL TEAM MEMBER

  • Experience working within the Recruitment industry(either internal or agency) and is looking for a change;
  • IT background or knowledge is highly desirable;
  • Proven ability to develop successful business relationships;
  • High level of emotional intelligence & a great sense of social awareness;
  • Elite communication skills both verbal & written;
  • A genuine passion for people & identifying great talent for our clients
