We have a unique opportunity within our high-performing recruitment team for a Recruitment Consultant - Campaigns Lead. This role requires a dedicated professional with proven experience with high volume recruitment within a hospitality environment.
As the Recruitment Consultant - Campaigns Lead, you will spearhead recruitment initiatives that enable AVC to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our food and beverage venues in Australia and New Zealand.
Your responsibilities will include orchestrating campaign-driven recruitment activities to support Brownfields, Acquisitions, year-end trade ramp-up, and seasonal events across Australia & New Zealand.
Moreover, you will champion DEI recruitment outcomes, reinforcing AVC's commitment to aWhat you will be doing:
- Own recruitment activities associated with the delivery of campaign recruitment across AVC.
- Draft and upload campaign driven advertising content to targeted job boards.
- Review and screen applicants as needed.
- Own recruitment activities associated with the delivery of DEI recruitment across AVC.
- Develop, build, and nurture relationships with third party organisations that support AVCs recruitment strategies.
- Lead assessmentbased recruitment activities and manage recruitment outcomes.
- Weekly collation of recruitment reports as requested.
- Maintain the ATS dashboard, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Additional adhoc recruitment activity to the needs of the business.
- Manage venue and operations vacancy requests and enquiries.
- Proven experience in high volume recruitment, preferably within a hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated success in DEI recruitment initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills with training teams, marketing, and thirdparty organizations.
- Proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Experience with recruitment systems/ATS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to converse senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Must have a proactive attitude, a motivation and desire to succeed.
- Experience providing responsive and professional customer service.
- Able to balance an independent approach to your work whilst collaborating with team members to ensure overall success.
