Description

To provide the Branch with appropriate numbers of workready and compliant temporary associates whilst ensuring that the maximum level of customer care is delivered to temporary associates.
To achieve business goals and maximize profit targets.

Profile

Relevant service industry experience (ideally recruitment and/or sales).
Associate Consultant experience.
Ability to work in a pressured environment and think on your feet and make decisions.
Ability to work independently.
Problem Solving Skills.
