Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Support and Scheduler. You will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of our projects and programs.

Requirements

Prior experience in a similar role, supporting and coordinating programs and projects.
Proficiency in project scheduling tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues in project schedules.
Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans and schedules.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
